Hey Everyone!
Welcome to tech week!!! We have worked so hard in rehearsals these past 6 weeks, and we are so excited to start putting all of the tech components together!
***We are still looking for more moms and dads help wrangle kids backstage - for opening night, we still need 3 more moms or dads. If you are available, please email patkopicki@gmail.com
Below are a some reminders, the call times, and also dressing room assignments for tech week. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
Costumes
All costume pieces are due on Monday.
Hair and Makeup - Everyone needs to bring in a pack of makeup remover wipes
Please have hair and makeup done as much as possible before you arrive. You may touch-up everything once you get here, but it should be mostly done. You may NOT touch-up hair and makeup after you have a microphone on.
Dressing Room Assignments
Pfeiffer 5 - Rykie and Lindstrum Family (Only people allowed in there.)
Pfeiffer conference room (corner room) - Melanie, Alex, Jen, Patti, Heidi, Maggie D
Pfeiffer conference room - Chris Sr, Chris Jr, Stuart, Cody, Derek, Tom
Large downstairs dressing room - Adult Chorus Women
Small downstairs dressing room - Adult Chorus Men
Pfeiffer 25 (Upstairs) - Munchkin Girls
Pfeiffer 36 (Upstairs) - Munchkin Boys
Call times - During tech week, everyone stays until we are finished running the show for the night (which is sometimes later than 10pm)
Monday, June 25th
5:30 pm - Dorothy, Witch, Scarecrow, Tinman, Lion, Glinda, Wizard
5:50 pm - Auntie Em, Uncle Henry, Mayor, Barrister, City Fathers, Coroner, Tree 3, Schoolteachers
6:00 pm - All called
6:15 pm - Cast in the house for notes
