Rehearsals Week 3

Hello Ozians!

I hope you are all having a great Memorial Day weekend! Below are a few updates and announcements about our upcoming week.  There are also some updates to the rehearsal schedule described below.  The changes do not effect this upcoming week of rehearsals.

Also, as a reminder, please do not wear sandals of any kind to rehearsals. Any kind of dance shoes or gym shoes are fine. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions, and have a great weekend!

Monday, May 28th

No rehearsal - enjoy Memorial Day!


Tuesday, May 29th

7 - 8:30: Children's Chorus and Witch to block "Munchkinland," and to finish "Road"
8:30 - 10: Dorothy, Scarecrow, Crows


Wednesday, May 30th

7-7:30: Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tinman, Witch
7:30-8:45 add Lion
8:45-9:15 add Glinda


Thursday, May 31st

7-9: Children's Chorus and Adult Chorus to review and block "Merry Old Land of Oz"

The changes to the rehearsal schedule are written below, and they effect rehearsals on June 4th, June 6th, and June 13th.


June 4: used to be 7-9 adult featured dancers and principals tba 9-10
NOW it is featured adult dancers the whole night: from 7-10 for "Merry Old Land Of Oz" and "Jitterbug"

June 6: used to be 7-9 Featured dancers for Jitterbug, 9-10 add principals to jiggerbug
NOW it is the same as June 13 (D,L,T,S,Glinda, Em, U.Henry, Professor for "Farewell to Oz" and "Home")

June 13: used to be all those scenes listed above,
NOW it is 7-7:30 Munchkin Dancers and 7:30 -8 Adult Featured Dancers, and 8-10 add principals to "Jitterbug"

Rehearsals Week 2

Hello Ozians!

Welcome to week 2 of rehearsals!  As a reminder, the call times for this week are listed below.  Please note that rehearsals on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in Heininger, not Pfeiffer.  

Also, if you ever have any questions or if you will miss rehearsal for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible.  

Please remember to also bring in your contact and health forms if you have not done so already.  See you later this week!

Monday, May 21st

7-9pm: Featured Munchkins and Featured Munchkin Dancers, Glinda to block "Munchkinland"

Tuesday, May 22nd - In Heininger

7-8:30: Children's Chorus and Adult Chorus to block "Poppies" and review

8:30-9:00: Adult Chorus to review "Winkies," "Dingdong Reprise," and "Jitterbug"

Wednesday, May 23rd - In Heininger

7-7:45: Dorothy, Auntie Em, Hunk, Hickory, Zeke, Gulch, and Uncle Henry

7:45-8:15: Dorothy, Professor

8:15 - 9:00: Dorothy, Auntie Em, Uncle Henry, Zeke, Hickory, Hunk, and Gulch

Thursday, May 24th - In Heininger

7-8:30: Children's Chorus to review "Munchkinland"

8:30-10: Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tinman, Trees

It was so great to see you all at our first rehearsal this week!  Below are the call times for tonight, 5/16, and tomorrow night, 5/17.  Please let me know if you are going to miss rehearsal for any reason, and please make sure to bring your health forms and conflict forms the next time you are called.  See you all at rehearsal!

Rehearsal 5/16

Hello Everyone!

Rehearsal for tomorrow, Wednesday 5/16, has been cancelled.  All of the principals have learned their music already, so please feel free to look over everything and we will see you at rehearsal soon!

Welcome!

Welcome fellow Ozians!  Congratulations on being part of the amazing cast of the Wizard of Oz 2012!

Our first rehearsal is Monday, May 14th, in the Fine Arts Center Room 138.  This rehearsal is for principles only.

Our first full cast rehearsal is Tuesday, May 15th, in the Fine Arts Center Room 138.  Please bring a pencil with you.  We will have the Children's Chorus from 7 to 8:30, and the Adult Chorus will be from 8:30 to 10.

Can't wait to see you at rehearsal!  If you don't know where to find the Fine Arts Center, just follow the yellow brick road!
